Through V2X communication, vehicle-to-vehicle, vehicle-to-roadside-equipment and vehicle-to-cloud communication links can be established; the GNSS system supports sub-meter-sized vehicle positioning and even supports upgrading to RTK high-precision centimeter-sized vehicle positioning; through 4G/5G communication, vehicle running track record submission, vehicle data collection and reporting, and remote vehicle query are enabled.
